Bei uns verantworten Sie als Produktmanager die Ausgestaltung und das technische Management unserer Messprodukte. Bringen Sie innovative Produktneuerungen voran. Vertreten Sie uns auf Fachtagungen und Messen mit unseren Produkten. Entwickeln Sie mit uns die PROMECON zum weltweit führenden Anbieter von Messtechnik für heiße und partikelbeladene Prozessgase.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die ganzheitliche Verantwortung für den Produktlebenszyklus unserer Messtechnikprodukte
- Sie entwickeln und setzen die Produktstrategie inklusive Roadmap um
- Sie treiben die strategische Weiterentwicklung von Produktfeatures für spezifische Märkte und Applikationsvertrieb voran
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Produktanforderungen (Requirements-Engineering)
- Sie erstellen Produktdaten wie Stücklisten, Aufbau- und Prüfanleitungen sowie konzipieren Musterangebote für konkrete Applikationen
- Sie stellen die normgerechten technischen Produktspezifikationen im internationalen Umfeld sicher
- Sie begleiten Produkteinführungen im In- und Ausland inklusive Dokumentationen und Vertriebsargumentationen
- Sie führen Produktpräsentationen, Schulungen und technischen Support für interne Teams, Vertriebspartner und Schlüsselkund:innen durch
- Sie übernehmen eine zentrale Rolle als Ansprechperson mit enger Zusammenarbeit zwischen Entwicklung, Vertrieb, Marketing und Service
- Sie wirken bei der Auswahl von Fertigungspartnern mit

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über ein technisches Studium (Ingenieurwesen Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie haben ausgewiesene Erfahrung als Produktmanager:in im Bereich Mess- oder Sensortechnik
- Sie bringen Erfahrungen im Bereich Prozessregelung und Verfahrenstechnik mit (wünschenswert)
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst mit klarem Fokus auf Ergebnissen und echter Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sie haben Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit, Teamwork sowie internationalem Austausch
