Als Controller für Vertriebscontrolling bei Schöffel kannst du klassische Controlling-Aufgaben übernehmen und auch die spannende Welt des Vertriebscontrollings mitgestalten. Dich erwarten viel Gestaltungsspielraum und große Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten.

Deine Aufgaben:

Du bist verantwortlich für das GuV-Reporting und die GuV-Planung des Unternehmensbereichs SPORT, inklusive der Erstellung, Analyse und Weiterentwicklung der finanziellen Steuerungsgrößen
Du analysierst und steuerst die finanzielle und vertriebliche Performance im Unternehmensbereich SPORT, mit Fokus auf Umsatz, Marge, Profitabilität und Cashflow-relevanten KPIs
Du erstellst ein aussagekräftiges, strukturiertes und adressatengerechtes Reporting für Management, Vertrieb, Einkauf und Finance und entwickelst es in Richtung eines modernen, automatisierten Reportings weiter
Du gestaltest aktiv eine smarte Bestands-, Umsatz- und Margensteuerung und bist verantwortlich für Planungen, Budgets und Forecasts
Du ermittelst und bewertest Deckungsbeiträge und Profitabilität auf Produkt-, Kunden- und Kanalebene und überführst diese Erkenntnisse in finanzielle Steuerungsinstrumente
Du entwickelst Prozesse, Tools und Strukturen im Bereich Financial und Sales Controlling weiter, z. B. durch Digitalisierung, Automatisierung und das KPI-Framework

Du bringst mit:

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finanzen, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Du bringst mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit, idealerweise im Vertriebs- oder Unternehmenscontrolling mit klarer Financials-/GuB-Ausrichtung und im sportaffinen Umfeld
Du hast fundierte Kenntnisse in GuV-Mechaniken, Margenlogiken und finanzwirtschaftlichen Steuerungsinstrumenten
Du verfügst über sehr gute Kenntnisse in Controlling-Methoden, Vertriebsprozessen und Lager-/Warensteuerung
Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Excel (Advanced), ERP-Systemen wie Navision oder MS Dynamics 365 BC, und BI-Tools wie Power BI
Du hast sichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift auf C1 Niveau
