Was erwartet dich?
- Du steuerst und priorisierst den täglichen Zugbetrieb und übernimmst die operative Disposition von Zügen, Fahrzeugen und Personal bei Abweichungen
- Du leitest und koordinierst Ersatz-, Umleitungs- und Störungsmaßnahmen, um einen stabilen Betriebsablauf sicherzustellen
- Du kommunizierst mit Triebfahrzeugführer:innen, Fahrdienstleiter:innen und betrieblichen Partner:innen
- Du dokumentierst und meldest Störungen und erstellst Betriebsprotokolle
- Du unterstützt bei Planungsthemen wie Fahrplanumläufen und Ersatzverkehren, wertest Betriebsdaten aus und nimmst an Besprechungen und Schulungen teil

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene eisenbahnspezifische Ausbildung (z. B. EiB, Disponent:in, Fahrdienstleiter:in)
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse des Bahnbetriebs und relevanter Regelwerke (EBO, FV-NE, Richtlinien der DB Netz AG, Ril 408)
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im operativen Betrieb oder in einer Leitstelle
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Leitstellen- und Dispositionssystemen (z. B. TPN, Fplo, Aedify)
- Du bist verantwortungsbewusst, kommunikationsstark, entscheidungsfreudig und belastbar
- Du bist bereit, im Schichtdienst zu arbeiten (24/7-Betrieb, Wochenenden und Feiertage)
