Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten die eigenständige Koordination und technische Steuerung unserer anspruchsvollen Gleisbauprojekte, häufig im Auftrag der DB AG.
- Sie überwachen den Baufortschritt und stellen die Einhaltung von Qualität, Terminen und Budget sicher, unter anderem durch den Einsatz von RIB iTWO.
- Sie führen Ihr Baustellenteam fachlich und sind die zentrale Schnittstelle zu Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern und Behörden.
- Sie steuern die Vergabe und Abrechnung von Nachunternehmerleistungen und stellen die konsequente Anwendung der VOB in allen Projektphasen sicher.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie sind Bauingenieur*in (m/w/d) oder bringen eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit.
- Sie haben mehrjährige relevante Berufserfahrung, bestenfalls in Bauvorhaben für die DB AG, und sind mit der Anwendung der VOB vertraut.
- Sie sind versiert im Umgang mit den MS Office-Anwendungen und haben idealerweise gute Kenntnisse in RIB iTWO.
- Sie übernehmen gerne Verantwortung, treffen mutig Entscheidungen und haben auch in 'stürmischen Zeiten' Ihre Projekte fest im Griff.
- Sie bringen verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1) in Wort und Schrift mit.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
