Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist der verlässliche Pilot für unsere komplexen technischen Digitalprojekte, bspw. Website-Relaunches oder Plattform-Entwicklungen. In deiner Rolle verbindest du klassisches Projektmanagement mit der agilen Denkweise eines Product Owners.
- Du steuerst eigenverantwortlich mehrere Projekte unterschiedlicher Größe parallel. Dein Ziel ist die Fertigstellung in time, budget und quality durch vorausschauende Planung sowie Ressourcensteuerung.
- Du agierst als strategischer Partner für unsere internationalen Kunden. Du berätst zu technischen Lösungen, wägst Aufwand und Nutzen ab und behältst dabei immer den maximalen Business-Value sowie die Customer Journey im Blick.
- Du etablierst effiziente Workflows, stellst die Qualität der Ergebnisse sicher und sorgst durch präzises Monitoring wie auch Reporting für Transparenz bei allen Stakeholdern.
- Du führst interdisziplinäre Teams, in den Bereichen Entwicklung, Design, Content oder Online Marketing, fachlich und koordinierst externe Dienstleister. Du bist die zentrale Kommunikationsschnittstelle, die komplexe technische Sachverhalte für jede Zielgruppe verständlich übersetzt.
- Du erkennst Potenziale in bestehenden Projekten, zeigst proaktiv Weiterentwicklungsmöglichkeiten auf und unterstützt bei Pitches sowie Workshops.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mehr als 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Steuerung technischer Digitalprojekte mit, idealerweise im Agenturumfeld oder als Product Owner.
- Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium und bringst idealerweise Vorerfahrung in Online Marketing Kanälen und im Kampagnenmanagement mit.
- Du bist sattelfest im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement, bspw. Scrum oder Kanban und zeichnest dich durch eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie stärkenbasierte Teamführung aus.
- Du hast ein fundiertes Verständnis für Webtechnologien, Schnittstellen und CMS-Systemen. Du verstehst User Journeys und hast einen Blick für Standardisierung sowie Effizienz.
- Du moderierst souverän zwischen Stakeholdern, kannst Erwartungen managen, Kunden beraten und überzeugst durch Empathie und Verhandlungsgeschick in Deutsch (C2) wie auch Englisch (C1).
- Du denkst unternehmerisch und besitzt eine hohe KI-Affinität, nutzt moderne Tools effizient und treibst Themen mit Eigeninitiative voran.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
