Was erwartet dich?

Du erstellst und kalkulierst Angebote für schlüsselfertige Bauprojekte im Wohn-, Gewerbe- und Fachmarktbau
Du prüfst und bewertest Ausschreibungsunterlagen, erkennst Chancen sowie Risiken und klärst offene Punkte eigenständig ab
Du ermittelst Mengen auf Basis von Plänen sowie Leistungsverzeichnissen und kalkulierst die anfallenden Kosten präzise
Du bereitest Verhandlungen vor und nimmst an Terminen zur Vergabe mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern teil
Du pflegst und entwickelst unsere Kalkulationsdatenbank weiter, um eine marktgerechte Bepreisung sicherzustellen
Du wirkst bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung der Kalkulationsprozesse und der Nachkalkulation zur Projektauswertung mit

Was solltest du mitbringen?

Du hast idealerweise ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Baubranche
Erfahrung und passende Fachkenntnisse sind für uns wichtiger als ein Studienabschluss – Du bringst daher bereits mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der SF-Baubranche mit, Kalkulationserfahrung ist hierbei von Vorteil
Du zeichnest dich durch ein sicheres Auftreten, Verhandlungsgeschick und eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise aus
Du hast Freude an der wirtschaftlichen Gestaltung von Bauprojekten und arbeitest gerne lösungsorientiert im Team

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
