Du verantwortest die Markteinführung wie ein Gründer, mit dem Ziel, daraus ein profitables Business mit echter Strahlkraft zu formen.
Was erwartet dich?
- eCommerce Go-to-Market: Du verantwortest die operative und strategische Markteinführung unserer neuen Lighting Solution inklusive Brand Vision, Positionierung und Go To Market Execution.
- D2C & B2B-Exekution: Du testest skalierbare Vertriebskanäle, steuerst E-Commerce-Aktivitäten und baust erste strategische B2B-Partnerschaften auf.
- Brand Trust & Awareness: Du sorgst durch Kooperationen, Testberichte, Testimonial-Strategien und Thought-Leadership-Content für Vertrauen und Sichtbarkeit.
- Sales Validierung & Skalierung: Du führst Markt- und Vertriebstests durch, zeigst skalierbare Wachstumspfade auf und bereitest alles für eine Multi Mio. € Umsatz-Skalierung vor.
- Projekt-Ownership: Du orchestrierst alle operativen und strategischen Aktivitäten crossfunktional – von Logistik über Marketing bis hin zu Partnerverhandlungen.
- Hands-on Markenaufbau: Du bist Herz, Hirn und Stimme der neuen Brand – und übernimmst Verantwortung wie ein Gründer.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
