- Du bist verantwortlich für den First- und Second-Level Support – du betreust und unterstützt unsere User per Fernzugriff oder direkt vor Ort
- Du koordinierst die Fehlerbehebung in enger Abstimmung mit unserer Gruppen-IT
- Du betreust eigenständig unser Dokumentenmanagementsystem (DMS) und die Label-Software

- Du gestaltest aktiv unsere digitale Transformation mit, indem du Potenziale erkennst und Optimierungen umsetzt
- Du unterstützt bei Prozessvereinfachungen im gesamten Unternehmen und führst Schulungen zu neuen Office-Anwendungen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Fachinformatik, Systemadministration, IT-Systemelektronik, Kommunikationselektronik oder einen vergleichbaren IT-Background (Ausbildung oder Studium)
- Du bringst Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position mit, was von Vorteil ist
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Umfeld (Clients, Office-Produkte) – das ist Pflicht
- Du hast gute Fähigkeiten in der Störungsanalyse und -behebung
- Du zeigst hohe Serviceorientierung, Engagement und Flexibilität
- Du überzeugst mit deiner Zuverlässigkeit, schnellen Auffassungsgabe und deinem Talent, dich selbst gut zu organisieren

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
