Was erwartet dich?
- Du recherchierst, analysierst und konzipierst einzigartige Nutzererlebnisse in unserem Bestandskundenbereich (Control Panel), insbesondere zur Integration neuer digitaler Produkte und Vermarktungskampagnen
- Du erarbeitest Ideen, Konzepte, Visuals und Prototypen in Abstimmung mit unseren Produkt- und Kampagnenmanager:innen und sorgst für implementierbare Lösungen in Koordination mit unseren Software-Developern (m/w/d)
- Du bringst dich aktiv ein, um kontinuierlich Nutzerführung, UI-Konsistenz, Produktaktivierung, Online Engagement und Vermarktungsperformance zu optimieren
- Du beteiligst dich an der Weiterentwicklung unseres Design-Systems und tauschst dich dazu im internationalen Markenverband aus

- Du gestaltest mit deinem fundierten Wissen über Design und Benutzerführung unsere technischen Produkte zu einem begeisternden, konsistenten und skalierbaren Kund:innen-Ökosystem weiter
- Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in Konzeptions-, Kreativitäts- und UX-Techniken und beherrschst die entsprechenden Tools, idealerweise Figma
- Du verstehst es, neue Ideen und Konzepte im Team und bei unseren Stakeholdern zu kommunizieren und zu vertreten
- Du bist auf dem Laufenden bei aktuellen UX- und UI-Standards und hast auch entsprechende Innovationen und Trends im Blick
- Du hast ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis für aktuelle Frontend-Technologien sowie ein sicheres Gespür für ein klares Design
- Deine schnelle Auffassungsgabe und dein ausgeprägtes analytisches Denken ermöglichen es dir, komplexe Nutzerbedürfnisse zielgerichtet in einfach verständlichen Abläufen zu visualisieren und Performance-Indikatoren wie Click- und Conversion-Rates nachhaltig zu optimieren

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
