Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung deines Planungsteams, bestehend aus Ingenieur:innen, Techniker:innen und Zeichner:innen.
- Du verantwortest die eigenständige Planung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller Projekte im Tief-, Straßen- und Kanalbau über alle Leistungsphasen der HOAI.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Auftraggeber steuerst du die Kommunikation von der Projektbesprechung bis zur finalen Präsentation der Planungsergebnisse.
- Du entwickelst innovative und wirtschaftliche Lösungen für komplexe Infrastrukturmaßnahmen und setzt diese unter anderem mit AutoCAD um.
- Du stellst die Einhaltung technischer Vorschriften sowie der VOB sicher und übernimmst die finale Qualitätssicherung für deine Projekte.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen (Master/Diplom) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Planung von Ingenieurbauwerken im Tief-, Straßen- oder Kanalbau mit und kennst dich bestens mit den HOAI-Leistungsphasen aus.
- Du hast bereits erfolgreich ein Team von bis zu 15 Ingenieuren geleitet und bringst nachweisbare Führungserfahrung mit.
- Eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst verhandlungssicher Deutsch (mindestens C1-Niveau).

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
