Mitarbeiter*in Produktmanagement (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 80%)
Deine Aufgaben:
- Weiterentwicklung & Produktsteuerung: Du prägst die Ausrichtung unserer Learning Experience Platform hiveQ und führst neue Features durch den gesamten Lebenszyklus – von der Anforderungserhebung über Konzeption und Umsetzung bis zum Go-Live.
- Requirements Management: Du bildest die kommunikative und prozessuale Brücke zwischen Business Verantwortlichen und der Entwicklung. Dabei strukturierst du Anforderungen (Epics, User Stories, Workflows) und bist verantwortlich für deren Qualität.
- Roadmapgestaltung: Auf Basis deiner Analysen und KPIs gestaltest und priorisierst du in enger Abstimmung mit dem Management die Roadmap.

Das bringst du mit:
- Dein Background: Wir sind offen für verschiedene Ausbildungswege. Idealerweise bringst du einen technischen Hintergrund mit und hast bereits erste oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmanagement eines SaaS-Produkts – gerne im B2B-Bereich.
- Konzeptionelle & analytische Stärke: Du denkst vernetzt, kannst komplexe Zusammenhänge verständlich strukturieren und triffst Entscheidungen datengetrieben und mit hoher Problemlösungskompetenz.
- Technisches Verständnis: Du hast ein Grundverständnis für Software Entwicklung und verfügst über Grundkenntnisse in APIs, Datenmodellen und Software-Architektur. Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Figma sind dir nicht fremd.
- Hands-on-Mentalität: Du arbeitest selbstständig, übernimmst Verantwortung und priorisierst pragmatisch.
- Kommunikations- & Vermittlungskompetenz: Du agierst in herausfordernden Situationen ruhig und vermittelnd, kannst moderieren und komplexe Themen klar erklären – sowohl auf Deutsch als auch Englisch.
- Persönlichkeit & Mindset: Du bist technikbegeistert, AI-affin, neugierig auf die E-Learning-Branche und fühlst dich in einem dynamischen, teamorientierten Umfeld wohl.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
