Was erwartet dich?
- Du errichtest und montierst eigenständig Beton- und Stahlbetonkonstruktionen für unsere vielseitigen Bau- und Sanierungsprojekte.
- Du übernimmst das präzise Setzen und Verankern von Betonfertigteilen nach Plan und sorgst für eine stabile Basis.
- Du führst fachgerecht alle anfallenden Schalungs- und Bewehrungsarbeiten durch, um die Statik der Bauwerke zu gewährleisten.
- In enger Abstimmung mit deinem Team und der Bauleitung setzt du technische Zeichnungen und Baupläne direkt auf der Baustelle um.
- Du überwachst deine Arbeitsschritte eigenverantwortlich und stellst durch laufende Qualitätskontrollen ein einwandfreies Ergebnis sicher.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Maurer, Betonbauer (m/w/d) oder bringst relevante Berufserfahrung und handwerkliches Geschick mit.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig sowie sicher nach Bauplänen und technischen Zeichnungen.
- Körperliche Belastbarkeit, Schwindelfreiheit für die Arbeit auf Gerüsten und eine zupackende Art zeichnen dich aus.
- Auf deine zuverlässige, präzise und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise kann sich das Team jederzeit verlassen.
- Du sprichst gut Deutsch, um dich sicher im Team und auf der Baustelle zu verständigen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
