Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die fachliche Leitung deines Teams und trägst die Verantwortung für die reibungslose Abwicklung unserer Bau- und Sanierungsprojekte direkt vor Ort.
- Als zentrale Schnittstelle auf der Baustelle stimmst du dich eng mit Bauleitern, Architekten und der Geschäftsführung ab, um den Projektfortschritt sicherzustellen.
- Du packst selbst mit an und steuerst anspruchsvolle Beton-, Stahlbeton- und Maurerarbeiten – von der Schalung und Bewehrung bis zur Montage von Fertigteilen.
- Anhand technischer Zeichnungen und Baupläne überwachst du die präzise Umsetzung aller Arbeiten und sicherst durch kontinuierliche Kontrollen unsere hohen Qualitätsstandards.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Betonbauer, Stahlbetonbauer, Maurer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Du bringst mindestens vier Jahre Berufserfahrung auf der Baustelle mit und hast idealerweise bereits erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung eines Teams.
- Du arbeitest sicher und selbstständig nach Bauplänen sowie technischen Zeichnungen und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung für deine Projekte.
- Eine hohe körperliche Belastbarkeit sowie Schwindelfreiheit für Arbeiten auf Gerüsten oder Leitern zeichnen dich aus.
- Du sprichst gut Deutsch (mindestens B1-Niveau), um dich im Team und mit der Bauleitung sicher abzustimmen.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
