- Du bist für unsere Kund:innen während der Realisierung des Projektes der persönliche Hauptansprechpartner
- Du hältst alle Zügel fest in der Hand und verantwortest die Abwicklung aller Generalübernehmerleistungen
- Du hast die wirtschaftliche Steuerung des Gesamtprojekts im Griff und gibst die Marschroute vor
- Du kontrollierst die eingesetzten Subunternehmer hinsichtlich Qualität als festen Bestandteil deiner täglichen Aufgaben
- Du beweist dein umfangreiches Know-how in Puncto Bauaufmaß und technischer Abstimmung
- Du erarbeitest gemeinsam mit deinem Team Ausschreibungsunterlagen sowie Leistungsverzeichnisse für die einzelnen Gewerke

- Du gehst offen auf andere Menschen zu, kannst diese motivieren und begeistern
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder ein Studium im (bau-)technischen Bereich und dein Herz schlägt für das Handwerk
- Du hast idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrungen in der Projektleitung gesammelt
- Du zeichnest dich durch betriebswirtschaftliches und vertriebliches Denken aus
- Du agierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Kund:innen und internen Abteilungen und liebst den abwechslungsreichen Arbeitstag zwischen Büro und Baustelle
- Du hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B
- Du verfügst über fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
What do I have to consider if German is not my mother tongue?
Please take into account the job’s language requirements and make sure the requirements match your skills.
