Deine Aufgaben:
- Führung und Weiterentwicklung des Teams
- Schaffen von Klarheit, Struktur und einer Arbeitsumgebung geprägt von Unterstützung und Sparring
- Konzeption und weiterer Aufbau einer modernen, strategischen Controlling-Landschaft
- Analyse der bestehenden Datenbasis, Identifikation von Schwachstellen und Verbesserung der Datenqualität
- Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres BI-Systems QlikSense
- Selbstständige Entwicklung individueller Lösungen für komplexe Controlling-Fragestellungen
- Aufbau von Kennzahlensystemen, Standardisierung von Datengrundlagen und Herstellung von Kostentransparenz
- Sparringspartner für Fachbereiche, Führungskräfte und Geschäftsleitung
- Sicherstellen eines verständlichen, adressatengerechten Berichtswesens
- Begleitung und Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei der Anwendung von Controlling-Systemen

Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium mit Schwerpunkt Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling mit ausgeprägten Kenntnissen in SAP R/3 oder S/4HANA sowie in BI-Tools (insb. QlikSense); idealerweise Lucanet-Erfahrung
- Erfahrung im Bereich der Verrechnungspreissteuerung wünschenswert
- Nachweisbare Führungserfahrung, die sich als Mentor versteht und sowohl individuell als auch situativ unterschiedliche Persönlichkeiten führen kann
- Strukturierte, analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Geduld, Verlässlichkeit und hohe Selbstreflexion
- Stark in Kommunikation, Moderation und Zusammenarbeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
