- Deep Dive in die Technik: Du durchdringst komplexe technische Briefings und unveröffentlichte Produktinformationen unserer Premium-Kunden und filterst die USPs heraus.
- Konzept & Strategie: Du schreibst nicht einfach los, sondern entwickelst erstklassige Kommunikationskonzepte. Wie erklären wir das neue Ladesystem? Welche Story erzählt das neue Modell? Du lieferst die Antwort.
- Content Creation: Du verfasst präzise, emotionale und zielgruppengerechte Texte – von der technischen Broschüre über Webseiten-Content bis hin zum Claim im Konfigurator.
- Fachliches Sparring: Du fungierst intern und extern als fachliche Instanz, wenn es um automobiles Wissen geht, und sicherst die inhaltliche Qualität unserer Projekte.
- Trendscouting: Du behältst den Markt im Blick und verarbeitest aktuelle Themen wie E-Mobility, Autonomous Driving oder Connected Car in unseren Formaten.

- Erfahrung: Du verfügst über fundierte Berufserfahrung als Redakteur, Texter oder Konzepter (w/m/d) auf Agenturseite. Du kennst das dynamische Projektgeschäft und weißt, wie man Kunden berät.
- Kreativität mit Substanz: Du kannst komplexe Technik nicht nur verstehen, sondern sie laienverständlich und packend vermitteln („Tech-to-Consumer“).
- Analytik: Du arbeitest dich schnell in neue Themen ein und hast eine ausgeprägte Analysefähigkeit.
- Digitales Mindset: Du bringst Erfahrung im Marketing- oder Social-Media-Copywriting mit. Du weißt, wie man Themen channelgerecht zuspitzt und nicht nur informiert, sondern Fans auf Augenhöhe abholt.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
