Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten bei Bau- und Immobilienprojekten zu allen Themen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
- Sie analysieren Projektsituationen und entwickeln geeignete Steuerungsmaßnahmen
- Sie steuern Fachplaner:innen sowie Sonderfachleute im Bereich TGA
- Sie verantworten das Vertrags-, Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Termincontrolling der TGA-Leistungen
- Sie analysieren Projekt- und Bauzustände unter technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
- Sie führen technische Due Diligence für Transaktionen durch und übernehmen das Monitoring der TGA für Käufer:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium im Bereich TGA (z. B. Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation als Meister oder Techniker.
- Sie bringen mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung oder Fachbauleitung von TGA-Projekten mit.
- Sie sind versiert im deutschen Bau- und Werkvertragsrecht (HOAI/VOB) und den anerkannten Regeln der Technik.
- Mit analytischem Geschick und wirtschaftlichem Denken steuern Sie Projekte zielsicher durch das Spannungsfeld von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen.
- Als kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer überzeugen Sie mit verhandlungssicheren Deutschkenntnissen; gute Englischkenntnisse sind ein Plus.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
