Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie beraten bei Bau- und Immobilienprojekten zu allen Themen der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
- Sie analysieren Projektsituationen und entwickeln geeignete Steuerungsmaßnahmen
- Sie steuern Fachplaner:innen sowie Sonderfachleute im Bereich TGA
- Sie verantworten das Vertrags-, Qualitäts-, Kosten- und Termincontrolling der TGA-Leistungen
- Sie analysieren Projekt- und Bauzustände unter technischen und wirtschaftlichen Gesichtspunkten
- Sie führen technische Due Diligence für Transaktionen durch und übernehmen das Monitoring der TGA für Käufer:innen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen TGA-spezifischen Studienabschluss in Gebäudetechnik, Versorgungstechnik oder Elektrotechnik/Maschinenbau mit entsprechender Vertiefung, alternativ einen Meister-/Technikertitel
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der TGA-Projektleitung oder Fachbauleitung auf Planer- oder bauausführender Seite oder im Projektmanagement
- Sie besitzen sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (Niveau mindestens C2) und gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
- Sie haben analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit wirtschaftlichem und strategischem Denken und Handeln
- Sie sind ein kommunikationsstarker Teamplayer:in mit zupackender und zuverlässiger Arbeitsweise
- Sie haben gute Kenntnisse des Bau- und Werkvertragsrechts und der Regeln der Technik und begeistern sich dafür, im Spannungsfeld von Qualitäten, Kosten und Terminen das beste Ergebnis zu erzielen, mit Blick sowohl für die Rohr- wie auch die Kabelgewerke

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
