Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie überwachen die Objekte für Technische Ausrüstung in der Leistungsphase 8 HOAI
- Sie übernehmen die Fachbauleitung für Technische Ausrüstung nach Landesbauordnung
- Sie erstellen Leistungsbeschreibungen und wirken aktiv bei der Vergabe mit
- Sie steuern und kontrollieren Qualität, Kosten und Termine für Technische Ausrüstung bei Monitoring-Mandaten
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Projektteam zusammen und fördern gemeinsam den Projekterfolg

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Versorgungstechnik, Energie- und Gebäudetechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Sie können alternativ als Meister:in oder Techniker:in im Bereich Heizungs-, Lüftungs-, Klima- und Sanitärtechnik einsteigen
- Sie verfügen über mindestens fünf Jahre Praxiserfahrung in der Objektüberwachung oder Bauleitung Technische Ausrüstung
- Sie treten souverän auf und kommunizieren klar
- Sie kennen die anerkannten Regeln der Technik und einschlägige bauvertragliche Regelungen
- Sie beherrschen Deutsch sicher auf mindestens Level C1 und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse
- Sie sind motiviert, im Zusammenspiel von Qualität, Kosten und Terminen das beste Ergebnis zu erzielen

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
