- Sie planen und leiten eigenverantwortlich Hochbaumaßnahmen im Massivbau von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern
- Sie betreuen Projekte über die HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1-8
- Sie unterstützen das Planungsteam bei der Umsetzung von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungszeichnungen über CAD (ALLPLAN)
- Sie prüfen die Umsetzbarkeit der Entwürfe und deren Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Sie erstellen Antragsunterlagen
- Sie unterstützen unsere 3 Bauleiter und den Vertrieb

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben einen erfolgreichen ingenieurwissenschaftlichen Hochschulabschluss in der Fachrichtung Architektur
- Sie verfügen über einige Jahre Erfahrung in der Planung, Abwicklung und Betreuung von Hochbauprojekten und idealerweise über eine Bauvorlagenberechtigung
- Sie bringen praxisnahe und wirtschaftliche Kreativität in der Entwurfsplanung mit
- Sie arbeiten selbstständig, gewissenhaft und lösungsorientiert unter Beachtung baurechtlicher Fragen
- Sie zeigen Engagement, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit und haben gute CAD-Kenntnisse (ALLPLAN – wünschenswert)
- Sie sind vertraut im Umgang mit MS-Office 365, beherrschen die deutsche Sprache in Wort und Schrift und besitzen eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
