Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie planen und leiten eigenverantwortlich Hochbaumaßnahmen im Massivbau von Ein- und Mehrfamilienhäusern
- Sie betreuen Projekte über die HOAI-Leistungsphasen 1-8
- Sie unterstützen das Planungsteam bei der Umsetzung von Entwurfs-, Genehmigungs- und Ausführungszeichnungen über CAD (ALLPLAN)
- Sie prüfen die Umsetzbarkeit der Entwürfe und deren Wirtschaftlichkeit
- Sie erstellen Antragsunterlagen
- Sie unterstützen unsere 3 Bauleiter und den Vertrieb

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein Studium der Architektur oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation erfolgreich abgeschlossen.
- Sie bringen mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Planung und Abwicklung von Hochbauprojekten (LPH 1-8) mit – eine Bauvorlagenberechtigung ist dabei ein Plus.
- Im Umgang mit gängiger CAD-Software sind Sie versiert, idealerweise bringen Sie bereits Erfahrung mit ALLPLAN und MS Office 365 mit.
- Ihre Arbeitsweise ist selbstständig und lösungsorientiert, wobei Sie baurechtliche und wirtschaftliche Aspekte stets im Blick behalten.
- Als kommunikationsstarke und engagierte Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie gerne im Team und bringen Ihre Kreativität aktiv ein.
- Sie kommunizieren verhandlungssicher auf Deutsch und besitzen einen Führerschein der Klasse B.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
