Du unterstützt durch deine fachliche Expertise im Bereich Künstliche Intelligenz & Digitalisierung den Aufbau einer unternehmensweiten KI-Strategie und setzt sie in messbare Ergebnisse um. In enger Abstimmung mit dem Projektmanagement und den Fachabteilungen, wie Building Automation Software, Engineering, Schaltschrankbau, Baustellenmanagement, Vertrieb und Buchhaltung, sorgst du für den Erfolg der Implementierung. Dabei fungierst du u.a. als Schnittstelle zwischen IT, Projektmanagement und den Fachbereichen und arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung. Mit deiner Arbeit leistest du einen entscheidenden Beitrag zur Effizienzsteigerung unserer Projekte und zur Erreichung der strategischen Wachstumsziele.
Was erwartet Dich?
- Du entwickelst die KI-Strategie entlang der Unternehmens- und Digitalisierungsstrategie weiter
- Du identifizierst und bewertest KI-Use-Cases in den Prozessen unternehmensweit
- Du verantwortest das Change-Management bei der KI-Integration und bist verantwortlich für die Auswahl und Einführung von KI-Plattformen und Tools in Zusammenarbeit mit IT und externen Partnern
- Du führst Pilot- und Rollout-Projekte durch und wertest die Ergebnisse im Sinne der Erreichung der strategischen Unternehmensziele aus
- Du organisierst und wählst geeignete Schulungen von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften, um KI-Kompetenz in den Fachbereichen zu verankern
- Du erstellst Business-Cases, vertrittst die strategischen Interessen der Geschäftsführung und arbeitest direkt mit der Geschäftsführung zusammen, um dich bei Entscheidungsfindung aktiv einzubringen

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Informatik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder in einer vergleichbaren technischen Fachrichtung
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich der künstlichen Intelligenz bzw. Data Science
- Du besitzt ein ausgeprägtes betriebswirtschaftliches Denkvermögen und Interesse an strategischen Fragestellungen
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Autonomie und eine Hands-on-Mentalität aus, um Projekte aktiv voranzutreiben
- Du hast Erfahrungen in der Bau- oder Energiebranche sowie Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, was von Vorteil ist
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und detailorientiert und verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Erfahrungen im Stakeholder Management

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
