Was erwartet dich?
- Der Schwerpunkt Deiner Tätigkeit ist die thermische Bauphysik. Du arbeitest aber auch in den Bereichen der Bau- und Raumakustik
- Du erarbeitest Nachweise nach GEG, DIN18599
- Du berätst unsere Kund:innen zu den Themen Energieeinsparung, Wärme- und Feuchteschutz und sommerlicher Wärmeschutz
- Du führst Fördermittelberatungen durch, insbesondere zu KfW-Programmen
- Du analysierst Bauschäden und verfasst Untersuchungsberichte, Stellungnahmen sowie Gutachten
- Du übernimmst spezielle bauleitende Tätigkeiten und nimmst Beratungstermine vor Ort wahr

- Du trittst kommunikativ und offen auf, arbeitest gerne mit Kunden und hast eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung.
