Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen, hältst die Fäden zusammen und bist ein zentraler Dreh- & Angelpunkt in der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Vertrieb und Projektarbeit.

Du arbeitest eng mit der Geschäftsleitung zusammen, hältst die Fäden zusammen und bist ein zentraler Dreh- & Angelpunkt in der Zusammenarbeit zwischen Vertrieb und Projektarbeit.
Deine Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Vertriebsstrategie sowie Generierung und Testen von passenden Ansprachen bei relevanten C-Level-Kontakten & Empfehlungskunden
- Pflege aller COCOMIN Kontakte im CRM Pipedrive
- Überarbeitung von Angeboten & Kundenpräsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung
- Unterstützung der Projektleitung in sämtlichen Kundenprojekten, z. B. Aufsetzen von Befragungen, Unterlagen zur Kundenkommunikation, Auswertungen etc.
- (Administrative) Betreuung unserer COCOMIN Begleiter: Onboarding, Visitenkarten, Pflege von Profil-Infos, u.a. auf unserer Website, Organisation von Veranstaltungen
- Bürokommunikation: Telefon & Betreuung der info@-Mailadresse
- Bestellungen/Einkäufe bei Bedarf

Was Du mitbringen solltest
- Du kommunizierst gerne (online): klar, verbindlich, auf Augenhöhe.
- Du bist technisch versiert (LinkedIn, CRM Pipedrive, MS Office, KI-/Automatisierungstools).
- Du arbeitest selbständig, denkst mit, priorisierst und übernimmst Verantwortung.
- Du hast den Mut, Dinge anders zu machen, ohne dabei die Qualität aus den Augen zu verlieren.
- Du verfügst über ein sehr gutes Sprachgefühl in Deutsch.

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
Even if you don't meet all the requirements, you can make up for missing knowledge with additional skills. Use the application's questions to address your motivation and show the company why you are still a good fit for the job. If you don't meet many or all of the requirements, the application will not be successful.
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
