- Du analysierst Markt-, Kund:innen- und Wettbewerbsimpulse und leitest daraus konkrete Ansätze zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftsmodells ab, einschließlich neuer Angebote, Partnerstrukturen und digitaler Erlöspotenziale
- Du entwickelst neue digitale Leasingprodukte und Services end-to-end – von der Idee über die fachliche Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung – und optimierst bestehende Angebote gemeinsam mit allen relevanten Fachbereichen
- Du steuerst strategische Entwicklungsprojekte rund um Produkte, Prozesse und Geschäftsmodell, verantwortest Roadmaps und priorisierst Initiativen, um Innovationen strukturiert und qualitätsgesichert in die Umsetzung zu bringen
- Du beobachtest kontinuierlich Markttrends, Technologien und Kundenbedürfnisse im Dienstfahrradleasing und leitest aus deinen Analysen klare Handlungsempfehlungen und Business Cases zur Unternehmensentwicklung ab
- Du baust ein starkes internes und externes Netzwerk auf, koordinierst relevante Stakeholder und stellst durch regelmäßiges Reporting an das Management Transparenz über Fortschritt, Risiken und notwendige Maßnahmen sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst 3 – 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Business Development, im digitalen Produktmanagement oder in einem vergleichbaren strategischen Umfeld mit – idealerweise in Mobility, Leasing, SaaS oder anderen digitalen Geschäftsmodellen
- Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung digitaler Produkte, Geschäftsmodelle und Prozesse und bist sicher im Projekt- und Anforderungsmanagement
- Du kannst komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert analysieren, bewerten und in klare fachliche Konzepte oder Business Cases überführen
- Du trittst souverän auf, kommunizierst klar und zielgruppenorientiert und arbeitest effektiv mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Partner:innen und dem Management zusammen
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, proaktiv und lösungsorientiert und bist in der Lage, Projekte zielgerichtet zu steuern und Entscheidungen gut vorbereitet vorzubereiten

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
