- Du planst und koordinierst Store-Eröffnungen, Pop-ups und lokale Aktionen am POS – von der Vorbereitung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
- Du begleitest die Entwicklung neuer Stores durch gezielte, standortspezifische Marketingmaßnahmen
- Du verantwortest die Koordination von POS-Materialien, Visual Merchandising und In-Store-Kommunikation für alle drei Brands
- Du analysierst store-spezifische KPIs (z. B. Traffic, Conversion) und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Retail- bzw. Trade-Marketing mit nachweislichem Fokus auf filialisiertem Einzelhandel sowie der Entwicklung wirksamer POS- und Store-Marketingmaßnahmen
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation im Bereich Marketing, Handel oder einem ähnlichen Fachgebiet
- Du besitzt fundierte Kenntnisse in Shopper Insights, Customer Journey Mapping und Retail Analytics
- Du zeichnest dich durch hohe Eigenverantwortung, Organisationstalent sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität aus
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
