Was erwartet dich?
- Entwicklung, Planung und Realisierung der Investitionsprojekte - von der Idee bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung
- Verantwortung der Projektphasen unter Einhaltung der vereinbarten Vorgaben (Scope, Budget, Zeitplan, Reporting und Ressourcen)
- Konzipierung neuer Produktionslinien, Modernisierung bestehender Anlagen und Optimierung von Produktionsprozessen
- Fachliche Führung der interdisziplinären Projektteams und Koordinierung externer Lieferanten zur gemeinsamen Zielerreichung
- Umsetzung standortspezifischer Maßnahmen und Weiterentwicklung unserer Produktionsstrategie
- Erstellung von Lastenheften bzw. technischen Spezifikationen und Dokumentationen von zu beschaffenen Anlagen und Maschinen.
- Abstimmungen mit Lieferanten, Einholung von Angeboten und Mitwirkung bei der Vergabe von Aufträgen an Dienstleister

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, Lebensmitteltechnologie, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konsumgüterindustrie oder in der Lebensmittelbranche
- Fundierte Fachkenntnisse und demonstrierte Verantwortung im ganzheitlichen Projektmanagement von Investitionsprojekten
- Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis, insbesondere im Bereich Produktionsanlagen,
- Automatisierung und Realisierungspotentialen.
- Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Erfahrung in der Koordination von interdisziplinären Teams
- Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
