Durch ein stetig wachsendes DAM-Produkt, eine anspruchsvolle Zielgruppe aus Marketingverantwortlichen, steigende Anforderungen an unsere IT- und Entwicklungslandschaft sowie ambitionierte Unternehmensziele bauen wir unsere Produktorganisation weiter aus. Als (Senior) Product Manager B2B (d/w/m*) arbeitest du in unseren neu formierten, agilen, crossfunktionalen Domain-Teams und verantwortest eigenständig deine Produktfeatures: von der Identifikation relevanter Kundenprobleme über die Umsetzung bis hin zur Wirkung am Markt und mit Direct Report zum CEO.

- Produkt- & Domain-Verantwortung: Du verantwortest Produktstrategie und Prioritäten für deinen Bereich und steuerst messbare Outcomes wie Nutzung, Engagement, Retention, Kundenzufriedenheit und Umsatzbeiträge
- Discovery & Kundennähe: Kund:innen stehen im Zentrum deiner Arbeit. Durch regelmäßige Interviews entwickelst du ein tiefes Verständnis realer Workflows, nutzt etablierte Discovery-Methoden (z. B. Usability-Tests, Journey Mapping) und arbeitest eng mit dem GTM-Team zusammen, um relevante Kundenprobleme und Wachstumspotenziale zu identifizieren
- Delivery & Umsetzung: Auf Basis von Nutzungs- und Feedbackdaten entwickelst du Features kontinuierlich weiter, übersetzt validierte Probleme in klare, testbare Anforderungen (z. B. User Stories, Job Stories) und arbeitest als Teil eines Produkt-Trios (Design, Technik, Produkt) im Dual-Track-Ansatz (Discovery & Delivery). Dabei misst du kontinuierlich Wirkung, passt Entscheidungen datenbasiert an und stoppst Initiativen ohne Mehrwert
- Go-to-Market & Adoption: Du gestaltest Rollout-, Adoptions- und Enablement-Strategien aktiv mit, unterstützt In-Product-Education und Onboarding, positionierst den Mehrwert unserer Funktionen klar und reduzierst Nutzungsbarrieren

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast rund 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im B2B Produktmanagement – idealerweise im SaaS- oder MarTech-Umfeld, z. B. mit Collaboration-, Workflow- oder Kreativ-Tools
- Du kannst Erfolge bei Adoption, Engagement, Retention oder Expansion nachweisen
- Deine Analysefähigkeiten und Sicherheit im Umgang mit Produkt-KPIs und Experimenten, deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch Struktur und Ergebnisorientiertheit aus
- Du zehrst von einer ausgeprägten Kundennähe und besitzt die Fähigkeit, Insights in strategische Produktentscheidungen zu übersetzen
- Du denkst in Nutzer-Journeys und Problemen, nicht in Feature-Listen
- Du hast einen hohen Ownership-Anspruch, triffst Entscheidungen und stehst für Ergebnisse ein
- Du hast die Bereitschaft, Annahmen zu hinterfragen und auch gegenüber Stakeholdern konstruktiv „Nein“ zu sagen
- Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer und teilst dein Wissen gerne mit deiner Kollegschaft
- Du verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (Deutsch Niveau mind. C1 und Englisch mind. B2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
