Für unseren Wohnungsbestand planen wir langfristig unsere großen Instandsetzungs- und Modernisierungsmaßnahmen. Als Bestandshalter achten wir hierbei auf einen zeitgemäßen modernen Standard. Zusätzlich sind wir im Rahmen von Neubaumaßnahmen stetig dabei für unsere wachsende Zahl an Mitgliedern neuen Wohnraum zu schaffen. Sie unterstützen uns aktiv bei der Schaffung der Voraussetzungen für solche Projekte in enger Abstimmung mit Ihren Kollegen als Projektsteuerer und Bauherrenvertreter und sichern die die zeit- und qualitätsgerechte Umsetzung ab.

Was erwartet Sie?

Sie bereiten Baumaßnahmen vor, überwachen diese und rechnen sie ab.
Sie vertreten unsere Genossenschaft gegenüber Behörden, Planer:innen und Firmen.
Sie planen, entwickeln und führen Instandsetzungs-, Modernisierungs- und Neubauvorhaben durch und übernehmen das Controlling
Sie wirken bei der Erstellung von Bauzustandsanalysen und Konzepten für Neubau und Instandhaltung von Wohngebäuden sowie des jährlichen Bauplanes mit.
Sie verhandeln und stimmen sich mit internen und externen Projektbeteiligten ab.
Sie informieren und beraten Bewohner:innen während der Baumaßnahmen und bei bautechnischen Belangen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie haben ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochbaustudium als Dipl.-Ing oder Architekt:in (TH oder FH).
Sie verfügen über Führungserfahrung und Teamfähigkeit.
Sie besitzen Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
Sie denken und handeln unternehmerisch und haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Wohnungsbau und in der Instandhaltung von Wohngebäuden.
Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse der VOB, HOAI und gute Kenntnisse im Mietrecht.
Sie treten serviceorientiert gegenüber unseren Mitgliedern auf.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
