- Du hast eine hohe Affinität zu Verpackungsdesign und betriebswirtschaftlichen Zahlen, bist ein überdurchschnittliches Organisationstalent und verfügst über exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Du bist herzlich und sympathisch-locker im Ton, verbindlich in der Sache, pflegst unsere langfristigen Kundenbeziehungen und präsentierst wirkungsvolle Ideen und Konzepte für zielgerichtetes Kunden- und Projekt-Wachstum

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikationsdesign oder BWL erfolgreich absolviert und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Kundenberatung und im Projektmanagement in Agenturen oder Industrie-/Handelskonzernen gesammelt
- Du bist eine ausgeprägte Beraterpersönlichkeit – verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch, stilsicher und souverän. Außerdem bist Du exzellent organisiert, selbstbewusst und ergebnisorientiert
- Du hast Erfahrung im Bereich Packaging Design und im Umgang mit größeren Kunden-Etats und komplexen Projektstrukturen
- Du bringst Erfahrungen in der kundenorientierten und komplexen Projektsteuerung mit - von der Designentwicklung und -adaptionen bis hin zum Druckdatenversand
- Du hast ein fundiertes Wissen im Bereich Projektmanagement, -organisation und Workflow-Monitoring und kannst sicher mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen umgehen
- Du weißt, wie Du KI-gestützte Sentiment-Analysen und Prozess-Tools nutzt, um noch schneller und präziser Projekte und Workflows zu steuern
- Du bist ein absoluter Teamplayer, hast eine humorvolle und optimistische Grundeinstellung und glaubst daran, dass jeder Erfolg mit einem Lächeln beginnt.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
