Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie sind vor Ort die eigenverantwortliche Schnittstelle zwischen der Bauleitung und der Baustelle
- Sie koordinieren und steuern nach Rücksprache mit der Bauleitung alle Nachunternehmen und Gewerke
- Sie führen Präsenz- und Personalkontrollen von Nachunternehmern und Gewerken durch
- Sie kontrollieren die Leistungen von Nachunternehmern in Abstimmung mit der Bauleitung
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Kontrolle und Instandhaltung der Baustelleneinrichtung sowie die Einhaltung von Unfallverhütungsvorschriften
- Sie erstellen einfache Baustellendokumentationen als Basis für Leistungsbeurteilungen von Nachunternehmern und kontrollieren einfache Massen- und Leistungszwischenstände in Absprache mit der Bauleitung
- Sie führen kleine handwerkliche Tätigkeiten im Rahmen der oben genannten Punkte aus und fungieren als Informationsbrücke zwischen der Baustelle und dem Bauherrn / der Bauleitung

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Polier (m/w/d) oder in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sie verfügen über ein Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur oder eine Handwerkslehre abgeschlossen
- Sie arbeiten eigenständig und verfügen über Führungsstärke
- Sie sind teamfähig und lösungsorientiert
- Sie haben Erfahrungen im Sanierungsbau
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie haben einen Führerschein der Klasse B

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
