Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie verantworten Lüftungs- und Klimaprojekte ganzheitlich – von der Konzeptionierung über Beschaffung und Ausführung bis zur Inbetriebnahme und Übergabe
- Sie erstellen und kalkulieren Angebote und steuern die projektbezogenen Abrechnungen und Nachträge
- Sie führen Baubesprechungen mit Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern und koordinieren Montagepersonal sowie Fremdfirmen
- Sie stellen die Einhaltung von Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätszielen sicher und überwachen alle relevanten Vorschriften zu Arbeitssicherheit, Qualität und Umwelt
- Sie arbeiten flexibel aus dem Büro und vor Ort auf der Baustelle

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Techniker- oder Meisterausbildung im Bereich Heizungs-, Klima-, Lüftungs-, Sanitärtechnik (HKLS) oder eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
- Sie bringen mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Lüftungstechnik mit, idealerweise in einer Projektleitungsfunktion
- Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, organisiert und kundenorientiert – mit souveränem Auftreten gegenüber Auftraggebern und Nachunternehmern
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der technischen und kalkulatorischen Berechnung sowie sichere Anwendung gängiger MS-Office-Produkte
- Sie bringen Reisebereitschaft für Baustelleneinsätze in der Region mit

I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
