Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die eigenverantwortliche Bauleitung für anspruchsvolle Neubau- und Sanierungsprojekte im Bereich Heizung, Lüftung und Sanitär (HLS).
- Du steuerst und koordinierst souverän alle Projektbeteiligten – von Fachplaner:innen über ausführende Unternehmen bis hin zu Nachunternehmer:innen.
- Mithilfe gängiger Bausoftware und MS Office überwachst du präzise die Einhaltung von Qualität, Kosten sowie Terminen und steuerst bei Abweichungen proaktiv gegen.
- Du prüfst sorgfältig technische Ausführungsunterlagen, Leistungsverzeichnisse sowie Rechnungen und gibst diese frei.
- Du begleitest die entscheidenden Phasen der Abnahme sowie Inbetriebnahme und sorgst für eine reibungslose Übergabe der Anlagen an den Betreiber.
- Du agierst als Garant für die Einhaltung aller relevanten Normen, Richtlinien und gesetzlichen Vorgaben auf der Baustelle.

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung oder ein Studium (z. B. Versorgungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, HLS, Techniker:in, Meister:in).
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung oder Projektleitung im Bereich HLS/TGA.
- Du hast Erfahrung mit größeren Bauvorhaben, idealerweise im Bereich Wohnungsbau, Pflege, Krankenhaus oder Sonderbauten.
- Du arbeitest strukturiert, durchsetzungsstark und lösungsorientiert.
- Du bist kommunikationsstark im Umgang mit Projektbeteiligten und sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Bausoftware sowie MS Office.
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C1) und bringst gute Englischkenntnisse (B2) mit.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
