Was erwartet dich?
- Du designst und entwickelst kundenspezifische Salesforce Apps im Zusammenspiel mit unserer unternehmensinternen Plattform in interdisziplinären Projektteams
- Du begleitest und betreust Kund:innen von der Konzeption bis zum Go-Live und setzt dabei dein technisches Salesforce Know-How von Flows bis Apex Classes ein
- Du unterstützt in der Anforderungsanalyse und findest immer einen pragmatischen Ansatz zwischen Minimallösung und Ideallösung, die für unsere Kund:innen die beste ist
- Du entwickelst unsere Salesforce-Lösungen in enger Abstimmung mit unserem Produktmanagement weiter
- Du legst hohen Wert auf Qualität und Wartbarkeit, um für Kund:innen auch langfristig die beste Lösung sicherzustellen
- Du befähigst unsere Kund:innen mit den unternehmensinternen Lösungen selbst fachliche Konfigurationen durchzuführen, und führst Workshops bei unseren Kund:innen durch

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Salesforce (z.B. Flows, Custom Objects, Apex, API integrations, Lightning Web Components, Packaging)
- Du hast ein Hochschulstudium oder eine Ausbildung im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Entwicklung komplexer Software-Lösungen oder der Implementierung und Mitarbeit bei Integrationsprojekten
- Du hast Freude am Kontakt mit Kund:innen und verfügst über ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfertigkeiten
- Du hast eine hohe Lernbereitschaft, dich in neue Themenfelder einzuarbeiten, und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast idealerweise Branchen-Erfahrung in der Finanz- oder Bankwirtschaft, dies ist jedoch keine Voraussetzung

Personal contact is possible via chat as soon as you have been invited for an interview. Before that, you will receive all important status changes by e-mail. If you have any questions, you can contact your personal Candidate Manager:in from Workwise.
I don't think I meet all the requirements. Can I still apply?
What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate. We would also recommend to inform yourself thoroughly in advance about visa regulations. Therefore you can use the official visa navigator from the Federal Foreign Office.
