Was erwartet dich?
- Strategisches Anforderungsmanagement: Du übersetzt die Bedürfnisse unserer Fachbereiche (z.B. Logistik, Sales, Finance) in klare User Stories und Anforderungen für das ERP-System.
- Projektleitung: Du steuerst die Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung von Modulen und behältst dabei Zeitpläne, Ressourcen und Budgets im Blick.
- Backlog: Du pflegst und priorisierst das Product Backlog, um den größtmöglichen Mehrwert zu generieren.
- Stakeholder-Management: Du agierst als zentraler Ansprechpartner:in zwischen den Fachabteilungen sowie mit externen Dienstleistern und Beratern.
- Qualitätssicherung: Du begleitest und leitest Abnahmetests (UATs) und stellst somit die Qualität, Praxistauglichkeit und die reibungslose Integration der gelieferten Lösungen in die bestehende Systemlandschaft sicher

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du bringst fundierte Kenntnisse und mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Projekt- und Prozessmanagement mit, insbesondere im Umfeld digitalisierter ERP-Prozesse (idealerweise SAP)
- Du arbeitest teamorientiert, sowie eigenverantwortlich und bist motiviert unser starkes Wachstum weiter voran zu treiben
- Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Tools für agiles Projektmanagement wie Jira und Confluence
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
