Was erwartet dich?
- Du planst, koordinierst und steuerst die zweiwöchentlichen Releases inkl. Kalender, Scope, Cut-off und Go-/No-Go-Entscheidungen
- Du bist zentrale Ansprechperson für alle release- und operationsrelevanten Themen und stellst transparente Kommunikation sicher
- Du stellst in enger Zusammenarbeit mit QA sicher, dass alle Tests, Abnahmen und Dokumentationen vor Go-Live abgeschlossen sind
- Du strukturierst, pflegst und sicherst nachvollziehbare Change-, Release- und Incident-Prozesse
- Du koordinierst Incidents, priorisierst Maßnahmen und verantwortest Post-Mortems sowie deren Nachverfolgung
- Du baust gemeinsam mit Compliance audit- und prüfungssichere Release- und Betriebsprozesse auf und analysierst relevante Kennzahlen wie Deployment Frequency, Change Failure Rate, Time-to-Restore, identifizierst Engpässe im End-to-End-Releaseprozess und leitest gezielte Verbesserungen ein

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du bringst mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer koordinierenden Rolle im IT-Betrieb, Release-/Deployment-Management oder Operations in Produkt- oder Plattformteams mit
- Du verfügst über ein solides technisches Verständnis von Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure) und modernen Anwendungen, idealerweise mit Bezug zu Mobile Apps / React Native
- Du gehst sicher mit Ticket- und Planungstools um, insbesondere mit Jira
- Du kommunizierst technische Themen souverän mit Entwickler:innen und übersetzt sie verständlich für Business-Stakeholder
- Du kennst dich mit CI/CD-Pipelines, Feature Flags sowie gängigen Monitoring- und Logging-Ansätzen aus und besitzt Grundkenntnisse in Skripting (z. B. Bash oder Python) für kleinere Automatisierungen
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern wie Banking, FinTech oder Payments und idealerweise erste Berührungspunkte mit Schweizer Regulierung (z. B. FINMA-nahe Anforderungen)
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1-Niveau)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
