Sie betreuen einen oder mehrere Kunden und wickeln die beauftragten Leistungen mit dem Ihnen unterstellten Team, welches aus 3 bis 4 Tiefbaukolonnen besteht, ab. Hierbei ist neben der fachlichen Kompetenz wichtig, dass das die Kolonnen effektiv und zielgerichtet eingesetzt und betreut werden.
Was erwartet Sie?
- Projektverantwortung: Sie übernehmen die Projektverantwortung durch die eigenständige Steuerung und Überwachung anspruchsvoller Arbeiten für ein Versorgungsunternehmen im innerstädtischen Bereich.
- Teamführung: Sie führen das Team durch die Koordination und Motivation des Baustellenteams sowie die gezielte Steuerung der Nachunternehmer.
- Qualitätsmanagement: Sie stellen das Qualitätsmanagement sicher, indem Sie Termine, Kosten und Arbeitssicherheitsstandards konsequent einhalten.
- Dokumentation: Sie erstellen die Projektdokumentation, einschließlich Aufmaßen, Bautagebüchern und Abnahmeprotokollen.

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Qualifikation: Sie verfügen über einen erfolgreichen Abschluss als Bauingenieur (m/w/d) oder Handwerksmeister (m/w/d) im Bereich Straßen- oder Rohrleitungsbau.
- Erfahrung: Sie bringen einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung mit und verfügen über nachweisbare Führungskompetenz.
- Mobilität: Sie besitzen einen gültigen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Kompetenz: Durchsetzungsvermögen, Organisationstalent und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen Sie aus.
- IT-Kenntnisse: Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängiger Branchensoftware sowie den MS Office-Anwendungen.
- Sprachen: Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
