Als Head of Innovation führst du unseren Innovation Hub und sorgst dafür, dass Innovation nicht experimentell bleibt, sondern schnell umgesetzt, skaliert und messbar wirksam wird. Was erwartet dich?
- Du übernimmst die Führung und Skalierung unseres Innovation Hubs mit Fokus auf messbare Ergebnisse
- Du setzt innovationsgetriebene Initiativen mit hoher Geschwindigkeit und klarer Priorisierung um
- Du arbeitest an strategisch relevanten Zukunftsprojekten, u. a. AI Agents, Humanoid Robotics und Marketplace-Skalierung
- Du entwickelst und setzt eine klar priorisierte Innovations- und Projekt-Roadmap um
- Du steuerst interdisziplinäre Projekte von der Idee bis zur produktiven Implementierung
- Du identifizierst, bewertest und nutzt Innovations-, Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungspotenziale
- Du bist verantwortlich für Projektmanagement, Ressourcenplanung und Time-to-Value
- Du definierst, trackst und reportest KPIs zur Erfolgsmessung des Innovation Hubs

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Innovationsmanagement, Projektmanagement oder in der Leitung digitaler Initiativen, idealerweise im B2B-Technologieumfeld / AI Umfeld
- Du hast Führungserfahrung oder nachweisbare Verantwortung für Teams oder komplexe Projekte übernommen
- Du hast einen wirtschaftlichen Hintergrund (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Projektmanagement) mit starker Technikaffinität

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least. Depending on the position you are applying to, you could also be asked for a certificate of enrollment, a transcript of records or a language certificate.
