Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie erstellen fristgerecht das laufende Vertriebsreporting
- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung von Monatsabschluss Budgets, Forecasts und Mittelfristplanungen sowie bei der Vorbereitung von Präsentationsunterlagen
- Sie unterstützen die Geschäftsleitung, Vertriebsleitung und den Außendienst bei Ad hoc Anfragen
- Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Finanzcontrolling zusammen
- Sie prüfen und analysieren Kennzahlen im Bereich Vertrieb und Marketing und stimmen die notwendigen Maßnahmen mit der Vertriebsleitung ab
- Sie stellen die Datenqualität der verschiedenen Systeme sicher und optimieren das Vertriebsreporting sowie die Überwachung der Verkaufs- und Marketingpläne

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
- Sie haben erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling, Vertriebscontrolling, Steuerung und Reporting
- Sie besitzen analytische Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis
- Sie sind durchsetzungsstark, belastbar und arbeiten eigenverantwortlich, engagiert sowie zielorientiert
- Sie verfügen über versierte MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel und PowerPoint, und haben idealerweise erste Erfahrungen mit BI-Systemen (MS PowerBI)
- Sie haben sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und sind im Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Reporting-Tools sowie mehrdimensionalen Datenbanken versiert

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
