Was erwartet dich?
- Du begleitest ein oder mehrere agile Teams und hilfst ihnen dabei, ihre Selbstorganisation und Effizienz kontinuierlich zu steigern
- Du organisierst und moderierst die Scrum-Events (Daily, Planning, Review und Retrospektive) und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf
- Du identifizierst Impediments im Entwicklungsprozess und räumst diese in enger Abstimmung mit dem Team und den Product Ownern aus dem Weg
- Du förderst die Kommunikation zwischen den Teams und externen Stakeholdern und unterstützt den Product Owner beim Backlog-Management
- Du treibst die agile Transformation innerhalb unseres Unternehmens voran und etablierst Best Practices über die Teamgrenzen hinaus

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über fundierte Erfahrung in der Begleitung agiler Software-Teams, idealerweise in der Rolle als Scrum Master (m/w/d) oder Agile Coach (m/w/d)
- Du bist sicher in der Anwendung von Scrum-Werten und -Praktiken und kennst dich idealerweise auch mit ergänzenden Methoden (z. B. Kanban oder Design Thinking) aus
- Du bist ein empathischer Vermittler mit ausgeprägter Moderationskompetenz und der Fähigkeit, auch in Konfliktsituationen lösungsorientiert zu agieren
- Du hast idealerweise eine Zertifizierung als PSM (Professional Scrum Master) oder CSM (Certified Scrum Master), aber deine Praxiserfahrung zählt für uns mehr
- Du hast eine Leidenschaft für kontinuierliche Verbesserung und arbeitest gerne in einem dynamischen, technisch geprägten Umfeld

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
