Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist als Bindeglied zwischen der Geschäftsleitung und den Einrichtungsleitungen verantwortlich für unsere Standorte im Norden, die einen ambulanten Dienst, zwei stationäre Einrichtungen sowie ein ambulantes Seniorenwohnen mit Tagespflege umfassen
- Du steuerst die strategische und wirtschaftliche Entwicklung deiner Region mit kontinuierlicher Optimierung im Sinne der Unternehmensziele
- Du unterstützt die Pflegedienstleitungen bei der Umsetzung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege und der Einhaltung gesetzlicher und interner Qualitätsstandards
- Du bist verantwortlich für die bedarfsgerechte Personalverfügbarkeit, die Personalentwicklung sowie Führung, Motivation und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden vor Ort
- Du initiierst und bearbeitest Projekte zur Weiterentwicklung der Region und förderst als erste:r Ansprechpartner:in die Kommunikation und Koordination in der Zusammenarbeit mit externen Partner:innen und Behörden

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du verfügst über langjährige Erfahrung als Pflegedienstleitung oder Einrichtungsleitung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation und hast idealerweise Erfahrung in der Seniorenhilfe gesammelt
- Du bist optimalerweise mit gesetzlichen Rahmenbedingungen in der Sozialwirtschaft vertraut und hast fundierte Kenntnisse im Pflegemanagement
- Du zeichnest dich durch Führungs- und Sozialkompetenzen sowie gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Durchsetzungsstärke aus
- Du bringst ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationsfähigkeit und Flexibilität mit

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
