- Sie leiten verantwortlich mehrere Bauprojekte und führen ein Team von mehreren Bauleitern (m/w/d)
- Sie sind verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der leistungs-, kosten-, termin- und qualitätsgerechten Fertigstellung der Projekte
- Sie beraten und unterstützen unsere Kund:innen in technischen Fragen

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie verfügen über mindestens 9 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung von komplexen Projekten im Konstruktiven Ingenieur- und Brückenbau
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium zum Bauingenieur (m/w/d) sowie Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse im Bauvertragsrecht und ein hohes technisches Verständnis
- Sie besitzen ausgeprägte Führungseigenschaften und strategisches Denken
- Sie zeigen Kundenorientierung, Argumentations- und Überzeugungsstärke sowie Begeisterungsfähigkeit
- Sie haben Freude am Umgang mit Menschen sowie Teamgeist

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
