Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie übernehmen die eigenverantwortliche Leitung von anspruchsvollen Hochbauprojekten von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Abnahme.
- Als zentrale Ansprechperson auf der Baustelle steuern Sie die reibungslose Zusammenarbeit mit Bauherren, Behörden und Nachunternehmern.
- Sie verantworten die Ausschreibung sowie Vergabe von Bauleistungen und stellen mithilfe gängiger Kalkulationsprogramme die Einhaltung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität sicher.
- Mithilfe von MS Office und Abrechnungssystemen erstellen Sie die Baustellenabrechnung, prüfen Rechnungen und sorgen für eine lückenlose Projektdokumentation.
- Sie führen das Nachtrags- und Mängelmanagement souverän und sichern damit die wirtschaftlichen und qualitativen Projektziele.

- Sie verfügen idealerweise über mindestens 2 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung und Anwenderkenntnisse in MS-Office sowie in Kalkulations- und Abrechnungsprogrammen
- Sie besitzen einen PKW-Führerschein
- Sie verfügen über fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sie zeigen hohe Eigeninitiative, eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise und klare Zielorientierung
- Sie verfügen über gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Regelwerke und im Bau- und Werkvertragsrecht (DIN, BGB/VOB)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
