Was erwartet dich?
- Du bist verantwortlich für das Gebäudemanagement, einschließlich Wartung und Instandhaltung von Gebäuden und Anlagen sowie die Budgetverantwortung
- Du bist die Ansprechperson für technische Ofenanlagen der Standorte und koordinierst Reparaturen und Wartungen mit den entsprechenden Techniker:innen
- Du übernimmst das Projektmanagement für Renovierungen und bauliche Maßnahmen
- Du führst Gespräche und Verhandlungen mit Vermietenden, Behörden und Architekt:innen
- Du stimmst technische und bauliche Anforderungen mit internen Fachbereichen ab und stellst eine transparente Kommunikation zwischen allen Projektbeteiligten sicher
- Du führst, motivierst und entwickelst technische Mitarbeitende und Projektteams, während du Investitionsanträge (Controlling) und die Budgetverantwortung übernimmst
- Du berichtest an die Geschäftsleitung und erstellst technische Entscheidungsvorlagen

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung zum Techniker:in, Meister:in oder Ingenieur:in, oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden technischen Funktion im Bereich Gebäudemanagement oder Bauwesen
- Du hast Erfahrung im Projektmanagement von Bau- und Renovierungsmaßnahmen
- Du bist kommunikations- und verhandlungssicher im Umgang mit Vermietenden, Behörden und Architekt:innen
- Du bringst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und unternehmerisches Denken mit
- Du bist bereit, häufig zu reisen
