- Sie konzipieren und begleiten/setzen digitale Organisations- und Prozesslösungen für Kund:innen aus dem Gesundheitswesen, insbesondere dem Krankenhausbereich
- Sie leiten und steuern Projekte zu eHealth und Digitalisierung in Healthcare und Medtec
- Sie arbeiten bei Projekten zur Cloud-Transformation in Krankenhäusern mit
- Sie gewinnen aktiv neue Kund:innen und bauen bestehende Kundenbeziehungen aus
- Sie sind themenbezogen in M&A-Projekte mit Bezug zu Healthcare Start-ups eingebunden und übernehmen Projekte bei der Produktentwicklung im Bereich Digitalisierung
- Sie entwickeln und führen die Projektteams
- Sie planen, implementieren und betreuen die internen IT-Systeme und –Infrastruktur sowie die interne Weiterentwicklung der Prozessdigitalisierung des unternehmensinternen Portfolios

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-) Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Management- und Führungspositionen, z. B. in Krankenhäusern, Start-ups und anderen Unternehmen der Gesundheitswirtschaft
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Client-, Server- und Netzwerktechnologie sowie im Microsoft Windows und Office Umfeld
- Sie besitzen analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten verbunden mit wirtschaftlichem und unternehmerischem Denkvermögen
- Sie haben Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit
- Sie sind entscheidungsfreudig, durchsetzungsstark und haben ein hohes Maß an Umsetzungsorientierung

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
