- Sie beraten und betreuen die zugeordneten Privat- und Geschäftskund:innen
- Sie initiieren und führen ganzheitliche, bedarfsgerechte Beratungsgespräche im Sinne der genossenschaftlichen Beratung
- Sie sichern und bauen Ihre zugeordneten Kundenbeziehungen aus und gewinnen Neukund:innen unter Ertrags- und Risikogesichtspunkten
- Sie erkennen und akquirieren Fremdgelder und Potenziale im gesamten Familienverbund
- Sie planen und steuern eigenverantwortlich und aktiv Ihre Termine
- Sie beraten Kund:innen aktiv, ggf. mit Einbeziehung von Spezialist:innen (Verbund, WP, Bauen und Wohnen, Firmenkund:innen, etc.)

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Bankkaufmann /-frau (m/w/d)
- Sie haben eine bankfachliche Weiterbildung, idealerweise als Bankfachwirt:in
- Sie sind teamfähig und haben Erfahrung in der Anlageberatung bzw. entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Sie besitzen Kenntnisse der Marktbearbeitung und im Wertpapiergeschäft
- Sie treten sicher und überzeugend auf und sind kommunikationsstark
- Sie haben einen hohen Qualitätsanspruch an Ihre eigene Arbeit und arbeiten kunden- und zielorientiert
