Was erwartet dich?

Du betreust Kund:innen auf internationalem Niveau: Du bist die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere internationalen Kund:innen, Niederlassungen und Vertretungen. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit unserem Außendienst, den relevanten internen Schnittstellen und unseren internationalen Partner:innen zusammen, um optimale Ergebnisse für unsere Kund:innen zu erzielen
Du führst vielfältige Vertriebstätigkeiten aus: Von der Angebotserstellung und -nachverfolgung über die Auftragsabwicklung bis zur liefer- und zollkonformen Versand- und Dokumentenabwicklung (inkl. internationalen Versandoptionen)
Du bringst dich aktiv in abteilungsübergreifende Projekte ein, um unser Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln
Du erkennst Verbesserungspotenziale und hilfst uns, durch deine Ideen und deinen Einsatz immer besser zu werden

Du hast Begeisterung für Vertrieb und Kundenbetreuung: Du hast Bock auf Vertrieb und bist motiviert, unsere Kund:innen mit erstklassigem Service zu begeistern. Wir möchten, dass sich unsere Kund:innen bei uns wohlfühlen und gehen gern die Extrameile für sie – zukünftig mit dir in unserem Team
Du bringst Erfahrung im Vertrieb mit: Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb erklärungsbedürftiger Produkte – gerne aus dem Maschinen- und Anlagenbau – und fühlst dich im internationalen Vertrieb zuhause. Incoterms, Akkreditivhandling, uvm. sind keine Fremdwörter für dich und Englisch sprichst du fließend
Du hast Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke: Der Kontakt zu Menschen liegt dir am Herzen, und du überzeugst durch eine eigenständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
Du hast Digitalisierungskompetenz: Du bist vertraut mit digitalen Prozessen und Anwendungen, hast idealerweise ERP-Erfahrung (SAP von Vorteil), bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und bist offen für neue Themen wie z.B. KI
Du hast eine Persönlichkeit, die durch ein freundliches, sicheres und verantwortungsbewusstes Auftreten abgerundet wird

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
