Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie recherchieren relevante Keywords und Themen mithilfe gängiger SEO-Tools und setzen diese gezielt in Website-Inhalten und Landingpages um
- Sie verantworten On- und Off-Page-SEO-Maßnahmen und behalten dabei auch die Optimierung für AI Overviews, LLMs und generative Suchfunktionen im Blick
- Sie erstellen und pflegen Inhalte sowie Landingpages im CMS und treiben die Weiterentwicklung unserer organischen Sichtbarkeit, Traffic- und Conversion-Entwicklung voran
- Sie analysieren SEO- und Website-KPIs, erstellen Reportings und leiten daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Sie beraten bei Bedarf unsere internationalen Standorte bei der Umsetzung ihrer SEO-Maßnahmen
- Sie planen und erstellen Content für unsere Social-Media-Kanäle, monitoren die Performance und setzen Optimierungen um
- Sie beobachten Markt- und Wettbewerbstrends und unterstützen bei der Bewertung von KI-Anwendungsfällen im Online Marketing

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?
- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium im Bereich Digital Marketing, Online Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Sie bringen erste Berufserfahrung im Online Marketing mit, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt SEO und Berührungspunkten zu Social Media
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der SEO-gerechten Texterstellung sowie in der Content-Erstellung für Social-Media-Formate
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit gängigen SEO- und Analyse-Tools sowie Content-Management-Systemen
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1/C2)

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
Please make sure to provide all necessary documents within your Workwise profile. It should include an EU work-permit (if you have no EU citizenship) and a CV at least.
