Was erwartet dich?
- Du führst und entwickelst ein Team von rund 10 Mitarbeitenden und verantwortest die tägliche Einsatz- und Aufgabenkoordination
- Du organisierst Unterweisungen, Schulungen und sorgst für klare, motivierende Strukturen und Abläufe
- Du stellst mit Deinem Team sicher, dass alle Gebäude und haustechnischen Anlagen nach gesetzlichen Vorgaben geprüft, dokumentiert und nachverfolgt werden
- Du hast von Prüf- und Wartungsplänen bis zur vollständigen Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation alles im Blick
- Du koordinierst die Wartungs- und Instandsetzungsarbeiten aller Gebäude und Außenanlagen am Standort
- Du baust den Prüf- und Wartungsplan weiter aus und entwickelst eine effiziente Instandhaltungsstrategie
- Du optimierst bestehende Prozesse und Abläufe, unter anderem im Fremdfirmenmanagement
- Du erstellst neben den Gefährdungsbeurteilungen auch die Arbeits- und Betriebsanweisungen gemeinsam mit unserem HSE-Bereich

Was solltest du mitbringen?
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Mechatroniker (m/w/d), Elektroniker (m/w/d), Anlagenmechaniker SHK (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du hast Erfahrung in der Führung von technischen Mitarbeitenden
- Du bringst einschlägige Erfahrung in der Gebäudeinstandhaltung mit und hast Verständnis für technische und gesetzliche Anforderungen, zum Beispiel für Prüfungen, Wartungen und Brandschutz
