Sie betreuen und beraten international tätige Firmenkund:innen ganzheitlich und lösungsorientiert in allen Fragen des internationalen Geschäfts mit den Schwerpunkten Dokumentengeschäft, Zahlungsverkehr, Trade Finance und Risikomanagement
Sie erarbeiten und setzen passgenaue Finanzierungslösungen für den Außenhandel um
Sie entwickeln Absicherungsstrategien basierend auf den Geschäftsmodellen der Kund:innen
Sie bauen das Kundenportfolio in Zusammenarbeit mit den angeschlossenen Instituten aus und koordinieren die Abwicklung im Dokumentengeschäft mit unseren Servicepartnern
Sie steuern und entwickeln die Prozesse weiter und übernehmen ggf. projektbezogene Tätigkeiten
Sie tragen die Vertriebs- und Ergebnisverantwortung für ein zugeordnetes Kundenportfolio und repräsentieren unser Unternehmen im regionalen Umfeld

Was sollten Sie mitbringen?

Sie haben ein abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (BWL, Finance) oder eine vergleichbare Bankausbildung (z.B. Sparkassen-/Bankfachwirt:in)
Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in internationalen Märkten, Wirtschaft und Kultur, die von Vorteil sind, jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich, ebenso wie Produktwissen im Auslandszahlungsverkehr, im Dokumenten- und Garantiegeschäft sowie im Trade Finance
Sie haben mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Bank oder Sparkasse, bestenfalls im internationalen Geschäft oder in der Betreuung von Firmenkund:innen
Sie besitzen eine hohe Vertriebsaffinität und analytische sowie konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
Sie denken und handeln erfolgsorientiert und dabei risikobewusst und haben eine ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Dienstleistungsfokussierung
Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke, Teamorientierung, soziale Kompetenz und sicheres Auftreten aus und sind selbstständig und proaktiv

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
