Was erwartet Sie?
- Sie unterstützen die Fachberatung im internationalen Firmenkundengeschäft und im Zins-, Währungs- und Rohstoffmanagement
- Sie fungieren als zentrale Schnittstelle zur Unterstützung der Vertriebsteams bei der Bearbeitung internationaler Kundenanfragen, globaler Märkte und der Auftragsabwicklung
- Sie bereiten interne und externe (Kunden-) Termine inhaltlich vor und nach und organisieren sowie koordinieren diese
- Sie erstellen Kundenpräsentationen und Reportings
- Sie nehmen Kundenaufträge eigenständig an, bearbeiten diese und vermitteln weitergehende Kundenwünsche an die jeweilige Fachberatung
- Sie unterstützen bei der Potenzialermittlung durch Datenanalyse und Recherche und pflegen Kundendaten, erstellen Berichte und wickeln das Tagesgeschäft ab

- Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Bankausbildung (z.B. Sparkassen-/Bankfachwirt) oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
- Sie verfügen über Berufserfahrungen im Vertrieb, der Auftragsabwicklung oder im Bereich Backoffice, idealerweise bereits im Bankenumfeld
- Sie haben eine ausgeprägte Kunden-, Service- und Dienstleistungsfokussierung und sind kommunikations- und präsentationsstark
- Sie sind teamorientiert und sozial kompetent und besitzen analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten
- Sie arbeiten strukturiert und sind stark in der Priorisierung und Organisation, selbstständig und proaktiv
- Sie sind zuverlässig, sorgfältig und verantwortungsbewusst und versiert im Umgang mit MS Office

What do I have to consider if I am not from Germany?
